  This company has been promising to deliver a hospital bed to my mother's new home in Pelham for 2 weeks. We have had to make SEVERAL phone calls to them. We either got no answer or empty promises. Phone calls were not returned. During business hours the staff left work for the day because their "system" was down. My quadriplegic brother will arrive by ambulance tomorrow with all the medical equipment that keeps him alive, accompanied by our 80 year old mother. Today at 2:58 pm, Lincare finally arrived with a bed that they have to assemble. My husband has waited for them at the house for 2. Now he has to leave for another appointment before they are finished assembling the bed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! I can't imagine how they stay in business. If you are the owner of this company, you need to see what's going on. If you already know, you should be ashamed of yourself.
